Very clean and comfortable! Convenient to the cruise port with the added convenience of having a shuttle The restaurant was very nice and food was delicious! Our waitress even gave me a chocolate cake for my birthday…so sweet!

Clean rooms, decent breakfast, friendly staff. We have used this hotel a few times now to go on our cruises and will continue using it. The price is worth it and it works for us for one night. Sink and mirrors are separate from toilet and shower, like this! Coffee pot in room for coffee drinkers.

Room was spacious, well maintained. Our accommodations were fulfilled. The shower bench was very comfortable and the disabled shower was awesome! I love to see an open standing shower. Staff was very polite and helpful. Tasty breakfast, as well. Elevator went from the parking garage almost directly to our room.

The Westin LAX exceeds my expectations every time. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and anything you need is within walking distance. It’s easy to get an Uber, have food delivered (if that is what you prefer) or walk to any of the near by restaurants. For me, it’s all about location and comfort and this Westin location has it covered. Oh, I fell in love with the toiletries provided and I was able to find them on their website….. Soooo happy!!!
